Key practice leaders hired to boost Human Capital Consulting solutions offered
SINGAPORE, April 12 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Aon Consulting, the global benefits and human capital consulting business of Aon Corporation (NYSE: AON), today announced the appointments of key practice leaders to deepen its South- east Asia region human capital consulting capabilities, particularly in total rewards, talent management, and executive compensation/enterprise performance.

Noora Alsagoff joins Aon Consulting as Regional Talent Management Practice Leader. In her role, Alsagoff will lead integrated HR strategic solutions, including talent assessment and leadership development, employer branding and communication, organizational effectiveness and change management. She has more than 10 years of experience in the professional services industry. Prior to joining Aon, Alsagoff was the Global Talent Management Director at Kantar Group.
Joining Aon Consulting as the Regional Practice Leader, Executive Compensation & Enterprise Performance, is Kumar Subramanian, who will lead corporate governance-related services in executive compensation and performance, incentive design and value-based management. Subramanian has more than 10 years of experience in the management consulting industry. He comes to Aon Consulting from the Everest Group where he was the Engagement Director.
Genevieve Lim joins the Human Capital Consulting team in her newly expanded role as Regional Total Rewards Practice Leader. In addition to her responsibilities in the health & benefits area, Lim will work with clients on a wide range of human resource issues, such as general compensation, benefits and actuarial valuations of retirement and equity programs, rewards integration in corporate transactions such as M&As, and more. Lim has more than 10 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining Aon, Lim was with Mercer as an International Practice Consultant in San Francisco and then Singapore.
