Anup Gupta Joins Decision Resources Group as Chief Financial Officer

BURLINGTON, Mass., April 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Decision Resources Group (DRG), one of the world's leading firms focusing on healthcare insights, data and analytics, and services, announced today that Anup Gupta has joined the Company as EVP Strategy, M&A, and CFO. Mr. Gupta was most recently Chief Strategy Officer at PAREXEL, a $2 billion global Clinical Research Organization serving the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. There he did long-term risk planning, including identification of new business opportunities and acquisition targets.

Background on Anup Gupta
Before his role at PAREXEL, Mr. Gupta was Vice President, Financial Planning and Treasurer at Cambrex, a New Jersey life sciences company with pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing businesses. He has also been Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions and CEO of the Professional Services Group of Singapore-based Planet One, a holding company for technology investments for a group of private investors and Managing Director, Operations for Scient, an e-business innovation company. He also worked for The Boston Consulting Group and Accenture.

He holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a B.S. in Computer and Information Science from The National University of Singapore.
