Association for Financial Professionals Announces New Board of Directors

WASHINGTON, Nov. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Anthony Scaglione, CTP, CPA, Corporate Treasurer, ABM Industries Inc. has become chairman of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) board of directors. He was elected yesterday by the AFP membership at the AFP Annual Conference in Washington, DC, to serve a two-year term.

Scaglione is Senior Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Treasurer at ABM Industries, Inc. in New York, NY. Prior to joining ABM Industries, Anthony was with CA, Inc. as Vice President, Assistant Treasurer. Anthony has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010, has served as Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Strategic Planning and Strategic Alliance Committees. He has been an AFP member since 2001.

Two other AFP directors will join Scaglione as vice chairmen:

Secretary - Roberta Eiseman, CTP, Director, Corporate Treasury Programs, SunGard Data Systems, Inc.
Treasurer - Jeff Johnson, Chief Operating Officer with financial responsibility at Davenport Group.

Susan Glass, CTP, Assistant Treasurer, Global Investments, Hallmark Cards, Inc., will continue to serve on the AFP board as past chairman.

In addition to the new officers, AFP members elected the following new directors to serve two-year terms:

Robert Whitaker, CTP, Treasurer, DHL Holdings (USA) Inc.
