Anthony Lear Joins AML RightSource, a Gabriel Partners Company, as Director of Operations

CLEVELAND, April 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Effective April 2017, Anthony Lear has joined AML RightSource, a Gabriel Partners Company, as Director of Operations. The firm offers highly trained AML/BSA professionals and subject matter experts to assist financial institutions with BSA Department Staff Augmentation services and Financial Crimes Advisory matters. Mr. Lear has over twelve years experience with multiple financial services firms ranging in size from $70 to $140 billion in assets. He has held prominent leadership roles including Director Financial Intelligence Unit, Investigative Operations Manager, and Compliance Manager. He is an expert in employee, process, and business management within the areas of intelligence, investigations, compliance, audit, and risk. Mr. Lear has experience implementing Financial Crimes Unit processes and procedures, as well as developing and delivering Anti-Money Laundering risk models. Mr. Lear earned his Bachelor of Arts from Kent State University.

Mr. Lear will be working closely with Vic Maculaitis, Partner & Head of Financial Crimes Advisory.
