Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and the Hospital of Saint Raphael Renew Network Agreement
NORTH HAVEN and NEW HAVEN, Conn., March 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and the Hospital of Saint Raphael in New Haven announced today they have reached agreement on their contract renewal. As a result, the Hospital of Saint Raphael will continue as a participating hospital in Anthem's networks without interruption.
