Announcing Princeton Mortgage's +81 Net Promoter Score

To better achieve this goal, in January 2018, Princeton Mortgage partnered with Social Survey to launch our client survey. We asked a single question: How likely is it that you would recommend our company to a friend or colleague?

The survey yielded a Net Promoter Score (NPS), which is utilized in surveys across all industries and is recognized as a powerful tool to help gauge customer loyalty, and by extension, company health.  Scores range from -100 to +100. An NPS that is positive (higher than zero) is regarded as good; an NPS of 50 or more is considered excellent. The average NPS in the financial services industry is 46.
