On May 19, 2014, Global Payments Inc (Global Payments) announced that it has teamed up with Reynolds and Reynolds to offer fully integrated payment solutions to auto dealerships. According to the Company, the agreement will integrate secure payments technology into the software, permitting Reynolds' extensive customer base of automotive dealerships to process payments through Global Payments. On May 13, 2014, Towers Watson & Co (Towers Watson) announced the launch of Global Access - a simplified global benefit solution designed for the multinational marketplace. According to Towers Watson, Global Access allows multinational employers to deliver local-country, prepackaged benefit programs that include life, accident, health and disability, with three fixed, benchmarked benefit levels. It also has a very low minimum head count requirements for coverage, enhanced underwriting features that include higher guaranteed issue or free cover limits, and removal of pre-existing condition requirements for members who have been previously insured.
