Annie's Announces Filing of Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

BERKELEY, Calif., Dec. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Annie's, Inc. announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock.  The number of shares to be offered, including the number of shares to be offered by certain of its stockholders, and the price range for the offering, have not yet been determined. 

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC will be the joint book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters for the offering.
