Ann Arbor Ups the Ante With iPads and Other Prizes for A2 Fiber YouTube Video Contest for Google Fiber
ANN ARBOR, Mich., March 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Ann Arbor's A2 Fiber effort is hoping for more than just the luck of the Irish as it vies to be selected for Google's Fiber for Communities initiative. A2 Fiber is kicking off a YouTube video contest on St. Patrick's Day, Wednesday, March 17. Contestants are eligible to win a fabulous prize for creating a video telling why Google should choose Ann Arbor as a pilot community and how we uniquely can leverage the super high speed Internet access to better connect our community to the world and drive innovation.
The creator of the winning 30-to-90-second video will receive a grand prize; and there will be multiple runner-up videos as well. Prizes include Apple iPads, poolside room with jacuzzi, a 10 megapixel digital camera, gift certificates for Blue Tractor, Conor O'Neill's, Grizzly Peak, Jolly Pumpkin, M-Den, Weber's Restaurant, Zingerman's and more.
