Ms. Hill brings three decades of legal and academic experience to the Civil Rights practice. She began her career as an associate with the Washington, D.C. law firm Wald, Harkrader & Ross. Hill then served as special counsel to the assistant secretary of the Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights and later as advisor to the chair of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). She is currently a professor of social policy, law and women's studies at The Heller School for Public Policy and Management at Brandeis University.
