Animal Supply Company Acquires Coast Pet Distributors
IRVING, Texas, April 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Animal Supply Company ("ASC") today announced that it has acquired the assets of Coast Pet Distributors ("Coast"), headquartered in Carlsbad, CA. Coast will operate as part of the ASC West Region and immediately begin serving customers as Animal Supply Company.

The acquisition of Coast expands Animal Supply Company's specialty product portfolio for customers in Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and Utah. Josh Epstein and Hayden Epstein, the former owners of Coast, are joining the Animal Supply Company management team. Hayden is the new Director of Operations for the West Region. Josh joins the ASC team as Vice President Vendor Management, based in the Irving, TX headquarters.
