Anhanguera reports 36.6% growth in EBITDA and 172.6% in Operating Cash Generation in 2Q10

2Q10 Highlights

• Average Enrollment reached 292.9 thousand, a 10.9% growth over 2Q09;
• Net Revenue totaled R$ 250.2 million, up 8.2% quarter-over-quarter;
• EBITDA reached R$ 53.4 million in 2Q10 and R$125.4 million in 1H10, 36.6% growth on 2Q09 and 20.2% on 1H09;
• Adjusted Net Income totaled R$ 29.2 million in 2Q10 and R$80.7 million in 1H10, for 24.3% growth over 2Q09 and 12.7% over 1H09.
