Andy Cohen (Bravo) and Giuliana Rancic (E! News) to Co-Host the 2011 Miss USA® Pageant on NBC Sunday, June 19
Kelly Osbourne joins co-hosts for skybox color commentary throughout the LIVE telecast
NEW YORK, June 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- NBC, Donald J. Trump and Paula M. Shugart, president of the Miss Universe Organization, announced today that Andy Cohen, host of Bravo's "Watch What Happens: Live," and Giuliana Rancic, co-anchor of "E! News," will host the "2011 Miss USA® Pageant" live from Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas on June 19 (9 p.m. ET) on NBC. Joining them will be one of the hosts of E!'s "Fashion Police," Kelly Osbourne, who will provide skybox color commentary throughout the LIVE telecast.

Andy Cohen is the host and executive producer of "Watch What Happens: Live," Bravo's late night, interactive talk show that features guests from some of Bravo's most popular series, as well as from the world of entertainment, politics and pop culture. He is also the executive vice president of original programming and development for Bravo where he oversees the development and production of more than two dozen shows such as "Top Chef," "The Real Housewives" franchises and "The Millionaire Matchmaker."
Giuliana Rancic is a co-anchor of "E! News" and host of E!'s hugely popular "Fashion Police." She is also the executive producer/star of her hit Style Network reality show, "Giuliana & Bill." Rancic can also be seen co-hosting red carpet events such as the Golden Globes.
Kelly Osbourne made a name for herself in television, radio, musical theatre and fashion following the Emmy Award-winning "The Osbournes." The daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne and TV personality Sharon Osbourne, Kelly is currently one of the hosts of E!'s "Fashion Police." She also penned a style book titled "Fierce," giving fans her top style tips. Osbourne will next be seen in the upcoming Weinstein Company's "So Undercover" starring alongside Miley Cyrus.
Throughout the Miss USA competition, each contestant representing the 50 United States and the District of Columbia competes in three categories: swimsuit, evening gown and interview. Worldwide distribution of the competition now reaches approximately 90 countries and territories.
Miss USA 2010, Rima Fakih, will crown her successor at the conclusion of the live telecast. Fakih broke many barriers throughout her reign as the first Arab American and Muslim to be crowned Miss USA. During her tenure, Fakih traveled the globe as an advocate for cultural awareness and tolerance. The next Miss USA 2011 will work throughout her reign to heighten awareness for breast and ovarian cancer, the official cause of the organization.
For the first time ever, fans have been able to vote their favorite contestant into the semifinals at the 2011 Miss USA® Competition. Fans can vote online at www.missusa.com or www.NBC.com. Online voting is taking place now through June 18 (9 p.m. ET).
