Andrew Talkington Joins Korn/Ferry as Senior Client Partner

LOS ANGELES, June 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Andrew Talkington has joined the Firm as a Senior Client Partner in the Global Industrial. He will be based out of Korn/Ferry's Houston office.

Mr. Talkington joins Korn/Ferry from Heidrick & Struggles, where he was a managing partner, working extensively with C-suite executives and board members at prominent chemicals, energy and mining companies.  He has led several high-profile, globally-focused executive search engagements with private equity, venture capital, and small to large private and public companies in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

Mr. Talkington has nearly 25 years of experience in the chemicals, energy, and mining industry, working with Occidental Petroleum Corporation and Olin Corporation, among other companies.  He has strong expertise with mergers and acquisitions, business management, operations and engineering and technology.

Mr. Talkington has a bachelor's and master's degree in chemical engineering from Cornell University.
