Andrew Simon Retires as Chairman of the Board; Roy Lipner Becomes Chairman and CEO

As part of the succession planning process, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce that it has appointed Roy Lipner, Questar's President and Chief Executive Officer since 2008, as the new Chairman of the Board.

Simon founded Questar in 1976 -- when it was known as Touchstone Applied Science Associates -- serving as CFO, President, and CEO, before assuming the role of Chairman of the Board in 2008. Simon will continue to serve on Questar's Board of Directors and will provide advisory services.
