Mr. Kraemer has more than 20 years of experience in the legal field.  He is currently Owner and Sole Practitioner of The Law Office of Andrew L. Kraemer, in Merrillville, Indiana.  He practices commercial, foreclosure, reorganization and bankruptcy law.  His former employment included serving as a Law Clerk for the Hon. Harry C. Dees, Jr., U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, Northern District of Indiana, from 1989-1990, Deputy City Attorney, City of South Bend, Indiana, 1990-1992, a General Practice Associate Attorney in South Bend, Indiana, from 1990-1994, General Corporate Counsel for the Thomas Companies, Highland, Indiana, from 1994-1996, as well as an Attorney for the law firms of Unterberg & Associates, P.C., and Burke Costanza & Cuppy, LLP, both from Merrillville, Indiana, from 1996-1999 and 1999-2007, respectively.  Mr. Kraemer received an A.A. from Highland College, Freeport, Illinois in 1984, a B.A., from Augustana College, Rock Island, Illinois in 1986 and a J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law, Valparaiso, Indiana, in 1989.  He has conducted lectures on collection, bankruptcy and foreclosure related matters for the National Business Institute's CLE classes and the Lake County Bar Association's seminars and has written articles and educational journals.  Mr. Kraemer is Past Chair and a current member of the Creditors Rights and Bankruptcy Sections of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Calumet American Inn of Court and a Member in Good Standing of the Better Business Bureau.  He currently resides in Crown Point, Indiana.
