National Parking Association Hosts Industry Thought Leaders Forum Feb 4-8

WASHINGTON, Feb. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The National Parking Association (NPA) today announced that Andrew Blair, president and CEO of Colonial Parking, Inc., Washington D.C. will address parking industry executives attending NPA's annual Winter Leadership Forum—on service excellence, market share growth and transformational results in the parking industry.

The NPA Winter Leadership Forum is a prestigious thought leadership event that provides senior level executives first-hand insights into market trends affecting the parking industry. Blair has nearly 30 years of parking industry experience leading operations, organizational development, risk management, marketing and change management. Blair is a graduate of the University of Virginia. He is a member of the NPA board of directors and is a past NPA chairman of the board. He serves on NPA's Governance Advisory Council. He is the chairman of the board of Children's National Medical Center Foundation, past chair of the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce and is active in local community organizations throughout the Washington, D.C. area.
