Dennis S. Neier, CPA, CFF, is the Director of the Litigation, Forensic & Valuation Services Group at Anchin. With decades of experience, he provides litigation consulting, forensic accounting, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and expert witness services to law firms and in-house counsel.

Dennis has provided forensic accounting and litigation consulting services for cases involving individuals, and both small and large companies with an emphasis on breach of contract or fiduciary duty, business interruption, purchase and sale agreement disputes, lost profits, fraud, mass claim cases and white collar crime. He has testified in a variety of forums. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York, Louisiana and Massachusetts, and is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
