The fully-merchandised model home in Avinity opened in June and is the first model home in the Charlottesville area to be merchandised by Stanley Martin Homes' design partner, PFour. The Chatham II is a stunning townhome that has drawn a lot of attention due to its spacious floor plan. The community is buzzing with even more activity in addition to a new model, including the construction and completion of a new row of The Chatham I model, all six of which are under contract. The company has also implemented its Move In Ready program in the community. This program caters to buyers that are looking for a new home without the wait. There are currently two homes in Avinity that can settle in 30 days or less.

Closely following the opening of Avinity's model, the model home in Pendower Heights at Glenmore opened.
