CLEVELAND, July 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Amsdell Storage Ventures VII, LLC is proud to announce its  purchase of five institutional grade self storage properties in the greater Memphis area, including over 300,000+ net rentable square feet and over 2,100+ units.  The new facilities are operated by Compass Self Storage, LLC (www.compassselfstorage.com) and mark the company's entrance into this market.
