Amsdell Companies Converts Building To A State-Of-The-Art Self Storage Center In Downtown Cleveland

CLEVELAND, Sept. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Compass Self Storage, a member of the Amsdell family of companies, proudly announces the opening of their downtown Cleveland location, located at 1549 Superior Avenue. The new storage center represents over 50,000 net rentable square feet and will be operated by Compass Self Storage, LLC (www.compassselfstorage.com). This store will be the first location operating under the Compass flag in Cleveland. Amsdell plans to open a second greater Cleveland area location in Shaker Heights in spring of 2015.

The building they converted and restored was originally designed by the architectural firm Walker and Weeks. The indoor, climate controlled storage center offers state of the art amenities to its customers.
