Ampacet Plans to Expand Global Resources With Acquisition of Australia-Based Allied Color and Additives
TARRYTOWN, N.Y., May 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Ampacet Corporation, a leader in the global production of color and additive masterbatch, has announced that it has entered into definitive agreements to acquire Allied Color and Additives (ACA), headquartered in Mitcham, Australia. ACA specializes in color and functional additive masterbatch for the Australian and New Zealand markets. Closing of the acquisition is currently anticipated to occur in July.
