Amerigroup Names New Chief Compliance Officer

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., Sept. 8, 2011 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Amerigroup Corporation (NYSE: AGP) announced today that Georgia Dodds Foley will serve as the Company's new Chief Compliance Officer.  

Dodds Foley comes to Amerigroup with more than two decades of experience focused on senior-level legal, compliance and ethics positions in the health care industry. Most recently, she served as Deputy Compliance and Ethics Officer for CIGNA Corporation in Philadelphia, overseeing compliance for the organization's domestic operations.
