WINCHESTER, Va., March 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- American Woodmark Corporation (Nasdaq: AMWD) today announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share to be paid on March 28, 2011, to shareholders of record on March 14, 2011.
