American Savings Bank and First Bankcard Join Forces to Launch New Credit Card Program
OMAHA, Neb., Aug. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- American Savings Bank, one of Hawaii's largest financial institutions, and First Bankcard, a division of First National Bank of Omaha and one of the nation's leading agent credit card issuers, today announced that they are teaming up to provide a full range of consumer and business Visa® credit card products and services to American Savings Bank's more than 300,000 customers served through its 57 branches across Hawaii.

The new card program will initially include three consumer and five business card options, providing customers with more choices to best meet their needs. Cardholders will be able to choose from a variety of rewards, such as merchandise, gift cards and travel-related rewards. In keeping with American Savings Bank's commitment to its communities, the rewards program also will support local Hawaii merchants. In addition, the new consumer Visa® cards will feature photographs by award-winning, internationally renowned wave photographer Clark Little.
