American Restaurant Concepts, Inc. Announces Additions To Management Team
LAFAYETTE, La., Aug. 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- American Restaurant Concepts, Inc. (OTCBB: ANPZ), operator and franchisor of the award-winning Dick's Wings & Grill® restaurants, announced today that it has expanded its management team through the addition of three industry veterans:
Mark Janasik – Director of Operations
Sandi Holley – Director of Training and Quality Assurance
Michael Small – Director of Business Development
Mark Janasik is a seasoned restaurant professional who has been tasked with driving supply chain efficiencies and improvements to restaurant operations throughout the Company's franchise system. Mr. Janasik most recently served as a Franchise Partner for Taqueria del Sol®. Prior to that, he spent more than six years serving as the Vice President and Director of Operations for Calloway Consolidated Group, the owner and operator of approximately 15 Five Guys Burgers and Fries® restaurants located in northern Florida.
Sandi Holley has been appointed as the Company's first head of training and quality assurance. In this position, she is overseeing the training systems that the Company is utilizing with each of its franchisees. Ms. Holley began her career with the Company more than 10 years ago as the comptroller and general manager of multiple Dick's Wings franchises. She most recently served as the owner and operator of one of the Company's franchisees in the greater Jacksonville, Florida area.
Mike Small has obtained more than 20 years of experience working with company-owned and franchised restaurants during which time he successfully launched a variety of restaurant brands in new markets. As Director of Business Development, Mr. Small will be helping the Company identify and open franchised restaurants in new markets throughout the country. Mr. Small joined the Company from Woody's Bar-B-Q® where he served as the Vice President of Operations. Prior to that, Mr. Small served as a project manager for BUBBA Burger®.
