American Red Cross Feeding Thousands Impacted By Superstorm Sandy In New York
Thousands of volunteers providing water, hot meals and snacks in hardest hit areas
NEW YORK, Nov. 2, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- A massive American Red Cross feeding effort is underway on Long Island to help those impacted by Superstorm Sandy. Volunteers in more than 30 vehicles are providing water, meals and snacks in the areas hardest hit by the storm.

WHAT: The Red Cross is in communities right now offering assistance with more than 164,000 meals served so far. More than 3,300 disaster works from all over the country are on the East Coast and more help is on the way.
