WASHINGTON, July 27, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The American Red Cross has elected to its National Board of Governors Herman Bulls, Vice Chairman, Americas, JLL, and Colonel, U.S. Army Reserves (retired).
The Red Cross is led by a Board of Governors with all of the powers of governing and directing, as well as overseeing the management of the business and affairs of the organization. At the Annual Meeting of the Red Cross held on July 26, 2017, delegates from local Red Cross units elected Bulls to a three-year term.

Herman Bulls is Vice Chairman, Americas, JLL, as well as an International Director and the founder of JLL's highly acclaimed Public Institutions Business Unit. In his 27 years at JLL, Bulls has worked in the areas of development, investment management, asset management, facilities operations and business development/retention. Prior to joining JLL, Bulls completed almost 12 years of active duty service with the United States Army. He retired as a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves in 2008. Bulls received a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from Harvard Business School.
