CHICAGO, Dec. 6, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Kristin Belleson was named vice president of affiliate and membership services by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), the professional home of the nation's more than 129,000 osteopathic physicians (DOs) and medical students.
In her new role, Belleson is charged with driving member value by better aligning AOA products and services to the evolving needs of physicians. Belleson previously served as chief membership Officer for the Society of Gynecologic Oncology, where she grew membership by 15 percent and maintained a 94 percent member retention rate.
"Kristin clearly understands that physicians' needs have evolved and she has a long track record of adapting programs and services to better serve members. Belleson is a graduate of the University of Iowa. Her professional experience includes a variety of roles at the American Dental Association, Healthcare Financial Management Association and YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago.
