American Media Inc.'s OK! Publishes Its Biggest Issue Ever
NEW YORK, Oct. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- American Media, Inc. Entertainment Group Vice President and Group Publisher Carrie Byrne today announced that OK! has closed the biggest issue in the magazine's history. The October 6, 2014 issue of OK! closed with more than 40 pages of advertising, a 41% increase of the same issue last year.

A number of new advertisers helped drive OK! to its biggest issue including Forever 21, DSW, Jergens, Alcon Air Optix, and Clairol. Additionally, the issue features an eight-page gatefold unit from Skechers. Prior to the October 6, 2014 issue, the April 7, 2014 issue was the brand's biggest with 38 pages of advertising. Prior to 2014, the biggest issue for OK! was the September 8, 2008 issue with 36 pages of advertising.
