American Media, Inc. Announces Craig Pavia as Digital Sales Director for Enthusiast Group
NEW YORK, Nov. 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- David J. Pecker, Chairman, President and CEO of American Media, Inc. (AMI), today announced the appointment of Craig Pavia as Digital Sales Director for AMI's renowned Enthusiast Group, which includes Men's Fitness, Muscle & Fitness, Flex and Muscle & Fitness Hers magazines. These brands reach young, super-fit men and women by using a unique editorial format that mixes fitness and nutrition with fashion, grooming, sports and other pastimes that comprise an active lifestyle. Pavia will be responsible for both management and integrated sales for the group.
Mr. Pavia has made a successful impact in the industry with his 15 years of print and online publishing experience in sales and business development. Prior to being named Digital Sales Director for AMI's Enthusiast Group, Pavia served as Director of National Sales for Tru Audience Loyalty Targeting at Adara Media USA where he oversaw international and domestic sales and exceeded goals in various capacities.
Previously, Mr. Pavia was Sales Director for Ad Pepper Media USA where he successfully developed new online campaigns and sales strategies. As National Advertising Director for Nextscreen, he was responsible for all digital properties for Playback and Winding Road and developed all integrated advertising programs. Pavia's publishing experience extends to his work as Group Publisher at Frank Publishing's Travel Savvy and Business Traveler magazines where he developed online properties and produced unique custom digital magazines.
