American Legion National Commander issues condolences to New York City terrorist victims
INDIANAPOLIS, Oct. 31, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- American Legion National Commander Denise H. Rohan issued the following statement regarding today's truck attack in New York City.
"Today's senseless attack upon innocent civilians is just another reminder of why The American Legion is fully committed to defeating terrorism," Rohan said. "We have always maintained that it will be a long protracted struggle but we must support our men and women in the military and in law enforcement.
