American Lawyer Names Ariana J. Tadler in its 2014 "Women Leaders in the Law"

NEW YORK, Sept. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Milberg LLP is pleased to announce that partner Ariana J. Tadler has been included in American Lawyer Media's 2014 Women Leaders in the Law.  ALM, in partnership with Fortune Magazine, will feature all the profiles of the female attorneys in the list in its fall issue of Fortune.

A member of Milberg's Executive Committee, Ms. Tadler has more than 20 years of experience litigating complex securities and consumer class actions and commercial disputes. She is one of the lead attorneys in several cases alleging that major food companies misled consumers by labeling products containing GMOs as "natural" and was recently appointed to serve on the Steering Committee in In Re Target Corp. Customer Data Security Breach Litigation, pending in the District of Minnesota.

Ms. Tadler is also widely recognized as one of the nation's leading authorities on electronic discovery.  She is the founder and chair of Milberg's E-Discovery practice.  She serves on The Sedona Conference^®'s Board of Directors and is Chair Emeritus and a 5-year past chair of the Steering Committee for Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production, the preeminent "think tank" on e-discovery.  She is also on the Advisory Board of Georgetown University Law Center's Advanced E-Discovery Institute where she has helped educate federal judges and lawyers on e-discovery issues and also serves on Bloomberg BNA's eDiscovery Board of Advisors.  Ms. Tadler also served on the Advisory Committee of the Judicial Improvements Committee of the Southern District of New York and the Seventh Circuit Electronic Discovery Pilot Program committee.
