American Lamb Is For Lovers In Seattle

DENVER, Feb. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Lamb Board is heating up the Seattle area this February in celebration of Lamb Lovers Month with lambtastic events throughout the city.  Local lamb lovers will be able to sip regional wines and savor luscious lamb dishes at restaurants, enjoy lamb cooking demonstrations and sampling at local QFC locations and celebrate their love of lamb and wine at the Seattle Food & Wine Experience on February 28th at the Seattle Center Exhibition Hall.

• Campagne Restaurant: Lamb is for Lovers weekend Feb. 12 - 14
• Chateau Ste. Michelle:  Special Valentines Dinner; Herb Roasted Lamb Rack Feb. 12 - 13
• Barking Frog: Month of Love- Lamb is for Lovers Aphrodisiac Dinner Feb. 12 - 14
• Cicchetti Kitchen & Bar: Mediterranean inspired lamb two ways; all month long

Restaurants to feature lamb dishes at the Seattle Food & Wine Experience include:

• Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse: American Lamb Three Ways paired with Menage a Trois Wines
• Campagne Restaurant: Anchoide and Parsley stuffed Leg of Lamb with Anchovy Aoli
• Cicchetti Kitchen & Bar: American Lamb Mediterranean Style
• John Sarich: Marinated Lamb Sirloin stuffed with Arrugula and Goat Cheese  paired with Snoqualmie Wines
