American Indian College Fund Annual Flame of Hope Gala Oct. 14

DENVER, Sept. 22 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The 15th annual 2010 American Indian College Fund Flame of Hope Gala will be held at the Seawell Grand Ballroom at the Denver Center of the Performing Arts in Denver, Colo. on Thursday, Oct. 14. All proceeds from the event will benefit scholarships for American Indian students.

Cocktails will begin at 6 p.m., followed by dinner and the program at 7 p.m. Cocktail attire is requested.

The event will feature musical entertainment. Hattie Kauffman of The Early Show, CBS, will serve as Mistress of Ceremonies. Other program highlights will include tribal college students sharing their stories of hope and courage.

A silent auction of Native arts and other items will also be featured at the event and on the American Indian College Fund web, where items are now featured and bids are being accepted at www.collegefund.org/gala

Tickets are $150 each.
