The AMERICAN IDOL Top Seven finalists – Hollie Cavanagh, Colton Dixon, Skylar Laine, Joshua Ledet, Phillip Phillips, Jessica Sanchez and Elise Testone – were mentored by R&B recording artist and hit producer Akon.
Tune in to AMERICAN IDOL Thursday, April 12 (8:00-9:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX, as America finds out who received enough votes to continue in the competition and who will be sent home. In addition, two fan-favorite alums return to the IDOL stage this week. Season Three finalist and Academy Award and Grammy Award winner Jennifer Hudson performs "Think Like a Man," with Ne-Yo. Also, Season 10 finalist James Durbin performs "Higher Than Heaven," from his debut album "Memories of a Beautiful Disaster," in stores now.
