American Greetings To Release Fiscal 2013 Full Year Results
CLEVELAND, April 12, 2013 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Greetings Corporation (NYSE: AM) (the "Company") announced that it plans to release its fiscal 2013 full year results as part of its Form 10-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission which is due May 14, 2013.
The Company recently announced that it has signed a definitive agreement under which a newly organized entity owned by the Weiss Family, including the Company's Chairman, Morry Weiss; Director and Chief Executive Officer, Zev Weiss; and Director, President and Chief Operating Officer, Jeffrey Weiss and related persons and entities, will acquire the Company.
In light of this event, the Company will not be hosting a conference call to present the full year results.
