American Eagle Announces Increased Nonstop Service Between Miami and Jacksonville, Fla.
Seven Daily Flights Will Link Northeast Florida With American's International Gateway, Beginning April 5
FORT WORTH, Texas, Dec. 9, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- American Eagle Airlines, the regional affiliate of American Airlines, today announced increased nonstop service between Miami International Airport and Jacksonville International Airport in Jacksonville, Fla., with the addition of two new flights on April 5. Eagle will operate its seven daily flights with a mix of 50-seat Embraer EMB-145 jets and 64-seat Super ATR aircraft.

With the third largest seaport in the state, Jacksonville is home to two U.S. Navy bases and a bustling harbor. In addition to being an important center for business and commerce, the Greater Jacksonville metropolitan area boasts beaches and golf courses that keep visitors coming back year after year.
