American Eagle Airlines Launches Nonstop Jet Service From Dallas/Fort Worth to Six Cities
Service Introduced to Two New Destinations in Mexico
FORT WORTH, Texas, June 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- American Eagle Airlines, the regional affiliate of American Airlines, today launched daily nonstop service from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport to six new destinations – including two new cities in Mexico.
American Eagle celebrated new nonstop service to Mazatlan International Airport in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico, flying the route with 50-seat Embraer ERJ-145 jet aircraft. Eagle also begins daily nonstop service to Morelia International Airport in Morelia, Michoacan, Mexico, using 44-seat Embraer ERJ-140 jet aircraft.

New Domestic Service from DFW
Also starting today, American Eagle introduces new daily nonstop service to Durango, Colo., and Grand Island, Neb., operating both routes with 50-seat Embraer jets.
Daily flights to Durango will provide visitors from around the world with greater access to Southwest Colorado, for world-class skiing in the winter or exploring the magnificent San Juan Mountains in the summer.
Two daily nonstop flights to Grand Island's Central Nebraska Regional Airport will offer customers in Hall County and the surrounding communities convenient connections in Dallas/Fort Worth to destinations throughout the American and oneworld global network.
Seasonal service also resumes from Dallas/Fort Worth to Asheville, N.C., with one nonstop per day and from DFW to Montrose, Colo., with two daily nonstops.
