American Eagle Airlines Announces Increased Service From Chicago O'Hare to Champaign, Ill.

FORT WORTH, Texas, Nov. 8, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- American Eagle, the regional affiliate of American Airlines, today announced it is adding another daily round-trip flight between Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and the University of Illinois' Willard Airport (CMI) in Champaign, Ill., beginning Feb. 10. The new service will be operated with 50-seat Embraer ERJ-145 jets.

"We're delighted to increase our service from Champaign to American's cornerstone hub in Chicago," said Gary Foss, Vice President – Planning and Marketing for American's regional network. "Now with six daily nonstops throughout the day, our customers in the Champaign-Urbana area will have ample travel choices to meet their schedule – whether it's a quick day trip to Chicago for business or convenient connections to destinations throughout American's vast global network."
