ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., March 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- American Community Development Group, Inc. (OTC Pinksheets: ACYD) announced today that it is exploring the logistics to become a holding company with diversified divisions that can create significant revenues and EBITDA thru its initial acquisitions and anticipated organic growth. The Company has started to deliver equity in anticipation of the financing required for anticipated acquisitions and the necessary inducements for an expanded management team.

John Folger, President of American Community Development Group, Inc., stated that, "The re-structuring will allow the company to accelerate the development of our business model quickly while expanding real revenues and profits and increased shareholder value."
