American Community Development Group Expands Independent Board of Directors

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., May 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- American Community Development Group, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC Pinksheets: ACYD.PK) is pleased to announce that it has added Mr. Brant Doell as a member of the board of directors. This appointment demonstrates the commitment of the company to create a fully functional independent board and a broader, experienced, sophisticated and competent management team.

The background of Mr. Doell will prove especially helpful for the company as it creates employment and training programs for the clients of the nonprofits it serves and more importantly, his direct business operations experience tie directly into those acquired businesses that will support continuing operations and cash flow.

Mr. Doell is currently President and Director of three private companies in the fields of Motorsports and of the world's first modular electric motors and generators. He has also been CEO and Director of a public corporation in the motorsports industry.

During his exemplary career, he has been President, Vice President, CFO and/or Director of six private companies. He has also managed two private welding schools and been employed by both IBM and Memorex.

His 40 years of extensive experience includes acting as a Business Consultant to Fortune 500 companies where he developed national computer systems and software for various proprietary trade schools, US Navy fuels depots and also developed patents on fuel devices and systems.

The Company does plan to make more announcements as it expands the Board of Directors and Executive Management Team as the holding company structure facilitates acquisitions currently under negotiation.
