BETHESDA, Md., Dec. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp. (Nasdaq: MTGE) ("MTGE" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on its 8.125% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (the "Series A Preferred Stock") (Nasdaq: MTGEP) of $0.5078125 per share for the fourth quarter 2015. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2016 to preferred shareholders of record as of January 1, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2015.
