American Beacon Advisors And Lighthouse Holdings Name Jerry W. Miller To Board Of Directors

FORT WORTH, Texas, Aug. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- American Beacon Advisors, Inc. and Lighthouse Holdings, Inc. are pleased to announce that Jerry W. Miller has been elected to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Miller is the Founder and CEO of Sentio Advisors, which provides strategic advisory services to the investment management and private equity communities. Before founding Sentio, Mr. Miller was President and Chief Executive Officer of Van Kampen Investments, a $120 billion equity and fixed-income investment manager based in Oakbrook, Illinois. Van Kampen was sold to Invesco Ltd. in June 2010. Prior to Van Kampen, Mr. Miller was a Division Director at Morgan Stanley's Global Wealth Management group and sat on its Executive and Operating Committees. Before his time at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Miller had a 22-year career at Merrill Lynch where he had a succession of leadership roles.
