CHICAGO, May 10, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- With the recent natural disasters that have struck domestically in the Southeast and internationally in Japan, combined with continued "man-made threats" at this time of heightened awareness, the American Bar Association's Law Practice Management Section (LPM) and Committee on Disaster Response and Preparedness have combined to provide key considerations for handling the accompanying issues.
The most recent issue of LPM's Law Practice Today, a monthly webzine providing law practice management advice, provides nationally-known experts providing insight to relevant topics that come to the forefront during trying times.
"The guidance and advice we are providing covers topics and issues that people simply do not think about in advance or appropriately plan for," said Micah Buchdahl, immediate past chair of LPM and the LPT issue editor.
