DELRAY BEACH, Fla., Sept. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Antiquities, Inc. d.b.a. Pet Airways (OTC Bulletin Board: AAQS) (www.petairways.com) announced that it has filed a definitive information statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission related to a planned name change of its company name to Pet Airways. In August 2010, Pet Airways the first airline specifically designed for the comfortable, efficient transportation of pets became a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Antiquities through a reverse acquisition transaction.
We Are Not Asking for a Proxy in connection with the planned name change and will Not Request our Shareholders To Send Us a Proxy.
