American Airlines Takes the Stage at The Nederlander Organization With New Partnership in New York City
Carrier Will Serve as Official Airline for Nine Broadway Theatres
NEW YORK, Aug. 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- American Airlines today announced a partnership with The Nederlander Organization, one of the world's leading private companies in the business of theatre ownership and the production of distinguished theatrical and concert presentations. Through this new relationship, American will become the Official Airline for the organization's nine Broadway theatres in New York City, furthering Nederlander's ability to serve its domestic and international theatergoing audience.
Now into its third generation of theatre development, ownership, management and production, The Nederlander Organization currently owns and/or operates theatres worldwide under the guidance of its President, James L. Nederlander. American Airlines, one of the world's largest carriers, currently provides connections for global travelers to 250 cities in 50 countries.
