In Analysys Mason's vendor analysis summary of more than 60 firms, Amdocs is the only company to be ranked as a market leader in all regions and service segment categories. The report also notes that Amdocs is the number one company in product-related services revenue. Amdocs' product portfolio covers all aspects of billing, customer care and real-time charging.
For the purposes of its report, Analysys Mason defined billing as comprising rating and pricing, mediation, partner and interconnect and business optimization.
