NEWTON, Mass., June 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Ambient Corporation (NASDAQ: AMBT), a leading provider of flexible and scalable smart grid communications platforms and technologies, announced today that it has been included in the Russell 3000® Index.  Ambient will also be included in the Russell 2000® Index, the Russell Global® and the Russell Microcap® Indices.
