Ambetter from Home State Health Will Be Available In More Counties in Missouri This Year
Beginning Nov. 1, Ambetter will offer affordable healthcare coverage options across 17 new counties
CHESTERFIELD, Mo., Nov. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Beginning Nov. 1 through Dec. 15, Ambetter from Home State Health will extend healthcare coverage to 17 new counties in Missouri through the federal Health Insurance Marketplace. Some of the new counties include Laclede, Polk, Taney, and Webster in the southwest, as well as Lincoln and Warren counties north of St. Louis.
Ambetter from Home State Health includes all of the essential health benefits, including preventive and wellness services, maternity and newborn care, pediatric services, mental health and substance abuse services, hospitalization, and prescription drug coverage. Plans also include dental and vision coverage, a 24/7 nurse advice line, and the My Health PaysTM program where members can earn rewards to use towards healthcare expenses for participating in healthy activities.
